Versatilist Consulting India Private Limited is the brain child of industry professionals who felt the need for a consulting paradigm based on a partnership approach where the consultant is seen as an integral part of a dynamic client eco- system. The term Versatilist is inspired from Gartner’s vision of the future where organizations would require more Versatilists rather than generalists or specialists. Versatilists are considered to be person(s) who are able to apply depth of skill to a progressively widening scope of situations and experiences, gaining new competencies, building relationships & assuming new roles, capable of constantly adapting, learning and growing in an ever changing environment.
